 A CROC OF FUN ------ * ----------------
 Argonaut's sequel to the disappointing 
 Mario-a-like Croc appears to have      
 learnt the lessons of its predecessor -
 if only from a technical standpoint.   
                                        
 Running at 30 frames per second, in a  
 crisp hi-res mode, Croc 2 looks swell. 
                                        
 Wisely, the irritating way the original
 Croc was broken down into lots of      
 little areas linked by doorways,       
 appears to have been addressed. Croc 2 
 will boast a larger, less-linear       
 environment, we're promised.           
                                        
 PC and PlayStation, once again.
