 Peak Practice. It's always well acted  
 and written. The low point of the year 
 is that High Road is still not fully   
 networked. Shame on the TV channels who

 Night, especially the screening of Life
 of Brian. The year also saw the start  
 of three great comedy series, People   
 Like Us, Big Train and The League of   
 Gentlemen, which was both original and 
 brilliant. *
