 BLAIR COPIES THATCHER CLAIMS PORTILLO  
 Leading Tory right-winger Michael      
 Portillo has said Labour is guilty of  
 "karaoke Conservatism".                
                                        
 The ex-Cabinet minister said Tony      
 Blair was trying to copy Margaret      
 Thatcher, who he called an "evangelist"
                                        
 Mr Portillo accused the Prime Minister 
 of "colonising" Tory ideas and words.  
                                        
 At a fringe meeting at the Tory party  
 conference, Mr Portillo firmly backed  
 William Hague, amid speculation that
