Father Edward O'Malley, 54, is due before Coventry magistrates on two charges of male rape and seven counts of indecent assault.
The offences are alleged to have taken place in Coventry, Birmingham, Leamington Spa and Wakefield.
Father O'Malley was suspended from his parish when the allegations were made.
