ROUBLE SLIDES AS NEW GOVERNMENT DELAYED Russia is likely to take another week before forming a new government as the rouble's value continues to fall.
Prime Minister Yevgeny Primakov is unlikely to form a government for a week, President Yeltsin has revealed.
The new delay comes as Russians queue up to buy dollars amid fears, at home and abroad, that the new government will just print money to pay its debts.
