 COUNTESS SPENCER ABLE TO SUE SOLICITORS
 The High Court has cleared the way for 
 Countess Spencer to sue her former     
 solicitors for £1.6m.                  
                                        
 Mr Justice Douglas Brown refused an    
 application by the Family Law          
 Consortium to abandon a damages claim  
 against them for alleged negligence.   
                                        
 The Consortium handled the Countess's  
 affairs before her bitter divorce from 
 Earl Spencer.                          
                                        
 The Countess smiled as the decision was
 passed by the court in London.
