 HAGUE URGES TORIES TO TURN ON LABOUR   
 William Hague has urged the Tory Party 
 to put aside differences on Europe and 
 punch its weight against the Government
                                        
 The Conservative leader called on the  
 Government to take emergency action to 
 combat the worsening economic situation
                                        
 He also set out a three-point plan to  
 his party conference including a freeze
 on any moves to raise business costs.  
                                        
 "The time has come for us to do what   
 the British people expect us to do and 
 take on this Government," he said.
