 DOCTORS "NEED FIRM ADVICE" ON VIAGRA   
 GPs facing huge demands for the anti-  
 impotence drug Viagra need urgent      
 advice on prescribing it, according to 
 the British Medical Association.       
                                        
 BMA chief Dr Ian Bogle said GPs were in
 a "difficult" position, advised only to
 prescribe in "exceptional" cases.      
                                        
 They want clarifications on interim    
 advice from Health Secretary Frank     
 Dobson given prior to a final ruling.  
                                        
 Dr Bogle said there was a clash between
 Government policy and doctors' duties.
