 RUSSIA FACES WAIT FOR NEW FINANCE CHIEF
 Boris Yeltsin has said it will be a    
 week before a new Russian finance      
 minister is named.                     
                                        
 The Russian President conceded that the
 appointment was "a difficult question".
                                        
 But he said he would be reviewing other
 appointments to the new cabinet team   
 later today.                           
                                        
 Meanwhile, a group of European Union   
 ministers has arrived in Russia to     
 discuss steps to stabilise the         
 country's economy.
