Psygnosis was happy to showcase its
Nintendo 64 conversion of seminal
PlayStation sci-racer Wipeout.
The inevitably-named Wipeout 64 may
lack the Sony-backed soundtrack of the
original, but it introduces a batch of
new track features, and some of the
loveliest graphics seen thus far on the
Nintendo 64.
The analogue control and split-screen
multiplayer mode should be enough to
make owners of the PlayStation
originals literally sick with envy.
