 13 Should L!VE TV be unable to         
 broadcast an advertised race for any   
 reason, the winning number for that    
 race will be deemed to be the          
 corresponding selection featured at the
 beginning of the programme.            
                                        
 14 In the event of the result of a race
 being declared a dead heat, both       
 winning dog numbers will still be valid
                                        
 15 Employees of L!VE TV, their agents  
 or representatives and associated      
 companies and their close families are
