Fifteen people were rescued and nobody was injured. But coastal officials fear 4,365 tonnes of fuel are leaking. The front half of the 3,463 tonne Volgoneft-248, sank in stormy seas. The vessel had been swept off course by severe winds and ran aground near the Bakirkoy district. Oil has been reported on the coastline.
