CASINO FACES CLAIM OVER PASSIVE SMOKING A casino is facing a damages claim from a former employee who says he suffers asthma as a result of passive smoking.
The GMB union says it is backing the claim by former croupier Mickey Dunn, who is 55 and comes from east London.
Mr Dunn claims that Napoleon's Casino in Leicester Square in London failed to install adequate air filtration and ventilation equipment.
A GMB spokesman said the claim was the first of its kind.
