  1,000 Welsh jobs created by bank      
                                        
                                        
 Around 1,000 new jobs are being created
 by Chicago-based Bank One International
 in Cardiff's regenerated docklands.    
                                        
 Welsh Secretary Ron Davies hailed the  
 news - on the same day Vickers said it 
 was axing 700 jobs - as "exceptional". 
                                        
  Bradford-based supermarket chain     
 Morrisons is to open 10 new stores this
 year, creating 2,500 jobs and safe-    
 guarding another 500.
