 ENERGY REVIEW SECURES THOUSANDS OF JOBS
 Thousands of miners' jobs in the region
 are expected to have been secured by   
 reforms to the energy market.          
                                        
 Trade and Industry Secretary, Peter    
 Mandelson, has revealed his review     
 which aims to remove distortions in the
 electricity market.                    
                                        
 West Yorks MP Yvette Cooper said: "I   
 welcome the decision to halt the dash  
 for gas and press on with creating a   
 level playing field in energy markets. 
                                        
 "I urge companies to now secure the    
 deals that will sustain miners' jobs."
