 MOWLAM ATTACKED OVER SCOTS GUARDS CASE 
 The Northern Ireland Secretary has been
 attacked at the Tories' Bournemouth    
 conference for her handling of the case
 of two Scots Guards jailed for murder. 
                                        
 Prospective Scottish Parliamentary     
 candidate Ben Wallace said the case of 
 Jim Fisher and Mark Wright had been    
 used as a "political football".        
                                        
 The two were released after serving    
 four years for killing a Belfast youth.
                                        
 Mr Wallace, a former soldier, said Mo  
 Mowlam should now heed calls to allow  
 both men back into the Army.
