 KING PLANS FLYING VISIT            1/2 
 Don King is planning to fly to London  
 next week for talks with Lennox Lewis' 
 promoter Panos Eliades and manager     
 Frank Maloney.                         
                                        
 The visit lifts hopes of a bout between
 Lewis and Evander Holyfield in a world 
 title unification clash next year.     
                                        
 "Everybody is talking - that's the main
 thing," said Maloney.                  
                                        
 "Don does not fear Lewis - he's quite  
 happy to put the fight on, but         
 obviously the financial terms have to  
 be met," added Maloney.
