 SAN REMO RALLY, ITALY                  
 Flying Scotsman Colin McRae is aiming  
 for his third successive San Remo Rally
 win as he aims to close the gap on     
 World Championship leader Carlos Sainz.
                                        
 McRae trails the Spaniard by nine      
 points going into the final three      
 rallies of the series, but his Italian 
 record is impressive.                  
                                        
 "You always fight for victory but this 
 year - much the same as last year - we 
 need the ten points," said McRae.      
                                        
 "I feel confident we can win but others
 probably think the same way" he added.
