 R/LEAGUE BULLS TO EXPLAIN REF COMPLAINT
 Bradford officials have been summoned  
 to a meeting with League bosses to     
 discuss their criticism of referee     
 Stuart Cummings.                       
                                        
 It comes in the wake of his decision to
 send off Graeme Bradley in last week's 
 play-off tie at St Helens.             
                                        
 Bulls chairman Chris Caisley and coach 
 Matthew Elliott will be asked to       
 explain their comments to Tunnicliffe
