 SERIOUS PROGRAMME COMPLAINTS           
 The Programme Complaints Unit will     
 reply within 10 working days of receipt
 of your letter, or will let you know if
 the investigation will take longer.    
                                        
 People who are unsatisfied by their    
 responses may ask for them to be       
 considered by the Programme Complaints 
 Appeals Committee of the Governors.    
                                        
 The committee will consider certain    
 categories of programme complaints     
 which raise important issues in which  
 public interest is involved.
