 The Council has received a pat on the  
 back from the District Auditor who is  
 impressed by the Authority's           
 performance, its sound financial       
 control and prudent approach to        
 financial management.                  
                                        
 In his 'end of term report' management 
 letter to members, District Auditor    
 Neil Childs, has delivered his verdict 
 on the Council's progress so far this  
 year, covering a number of key issues, 
 matters arising and proposals for the
