 Demonstrating that working together on 
 social and eco issues doesn't have to  
 be dull or boring, these roadshows     
 feature street theatre, minstrels, a   
 video box, vox pop, roving camera crew,
 questionnaires and the Mappa Vectis.   
 They are designed to get everyone, old 
 and young alike, involved in Agenda 21,
 and talking and thinking about the     
 future of the Island.                  
 Angela Mawle, the Council's Agenda 21  
 and Health Alliance Officer said that  
 those Islanders who had expressed      
 interest in joining Specialist Area    
 Groups had been invited to an inaugural
 meeting in January, when they would    
 learn more of the work ahead.       2/2
