 The Council's Education Service will   
 provide advice and training on         
 management and the curriculum for the  
 Ministry of Education and at Anguilla's
 one secondary school.                  
                                        
 The project will be carried out in     
 collaboration with the IW-based        
 educational consultancy of Murgatroyd  
 and Hilsum.                            
                                        
 The project will be chaired by Alan    
 Kaye, Director of Education and        
 Community Development, who started his 
 teaching career on the neighbouring    
 island of St Kitts and knows Anguilla
