The fatality happened when a bag of fireworks carried by a moped rider came into contact with the vehicle's exhaust
The fireworks exploded, killing a bystander and injuring three others, including the rider who lost both legs.
Elsewhere, 150 people have been hurt by firework blasts, and 10 others injured by stray bullets.
