The UK Central Council for Nursing Midwifery and Health Visiting found James Baker guilty of 11 charges.
The offences took place while Mr Baker, 60, was employed as the manager of the Marlborough House Nursing and Residential Home in Fleet, Hampshire.
A four-day hearing heard how he allowed patients to be force-fed and had failed to administer drugs properly.
