 PLANS SHOULD GO "BACK TO DRAWING BOARD"
 The management of the South's troubled 
 new air traffic control centre need to 
 go back to the drawing board.          
                                        
 That is according to the editor of     
 Computer Weekly, who also claims that  
 contractors were paid an extra £86m to 
 sort out problems at Swanick, Hampshire
                                        
 Tony Collins, Magazine Editor, said:   
 "It really needs someone to come in    
 from the outside who has no emotional  
 involvement with the project."         
                                        
 It is expected to be several years     
 before the centre will be working.
