 ECLIPSE A FLOP, SAY CA P SITE OPERATORS
 A cam site set up to deal with the     
 thousands of people expected to flock  
 to Cornwall to watch the eclipse has   
 said the event is a flop so far.       
                                        
 Three da s  efore the county wi l be   
 blacked out by the eclipse less than   
 100 people had boked into the Cornwall
 Eclipse 99 site in Wadebridge.         
                                        
 The site has permi sion t  take up to  
 7,000 campers.                         
                                        
 "It has bee  a learning experie ce, but
 a nightmare," said one operator.
