With the New Year's Honours list coming soon I think it is about time Spike Milligan received the recognition he deserves with a knighthood.
He has made people laugh for decades, fought for his country and for numerous good causes through the years. It is because of his views on the Royal Family and fox hunting he has been given nothing.
