 THATCHER WANTS SERB SUSPECTS CAPTURED  
 Baroness Thatcher has told world       
 leaders to bring the remaining Serb war
 crimes suspects to justice - including 
 President Slobodan Milosevic.          
                                        
 Lady Thatcher was speaking in the      
 Croatian capital, Zagreb, where she was
 made an honorary citizen.              
                                        
 She paid tribute to the Croatian people
 for achieving their independence.      
                                        
 All sides in the Bosnian conflict were 
 guilty of brutality, but the Serbs     
 "were the worst culprits", she added.
