WOMAN ON TRIAL FOR SHOOT-OUT IN PARIS A young woman has gone on trial for the murder of four people during a chase through Paris which ended in a shootout with the police.
Florence Rey, 23, is accused of murder and attempted murder four years ago.
The court will hear how Ms Rey and boyfriend Audry Maupin, armed with pistols, took a taxi driver hostage.
In the chase which followed, three policemen, the taxi driver and, eventually, Mr Maupin were killed.
