 GUIDELINES FOR USING SOLAR FILTERS     
 If you do decide to use a solar filter:
                                        
  Read and follow the manufacturer's   
 instructions carefully.                
                                        
  Check filters for any damage and do  
 not use them if they are scuffed,      
 scratched or have holes in them.       
                                        
  Hold the special filter firmly over  
 both eyes BEFORE looking at the sun and
 keep in place until looking away.      
                                        
  Experts say it is not safe for       
 children under 10 to use solar filters.
